**Integration Program Manager - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time**

A newly created opportunity for an **Integration Program Manager** based in Sydney to join the newly created Project Governance and Advisory team at Domain.

Reporting into our Head of Project Governance & Advisory, the team has been created to support project leaders in the delivery of projects through the provision of governance, structure, tools, processes and consistency in approach.

You will have a unique opportunity to develop and embed the Project Governance & Advisory function within the business, have significant impact on some of Domain’s most critical strategic projects and grow your career over time.

**Who are you?**
In your role, you will be responsible for managing the successful integration of new acquisitions and partnerships into the broader Domain Group business (Real Estate Agent SaaS Solutions, Core Listings Portal, Consumer Solutions and Property Data Solutions).

Your key stakeholders will be from across the Domain business and will include the Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Network.

**You will have**:

- Extensive experience in Enterprise level Program/Integration Management roles
- Proven track record of guiding cross-functional teams through complex projects, execution on integration plans, driving cultural alignment and change management
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills, including partnering with executive team and senior management on projects
- Ability to manage ambiguity and take ownership of projects
- Strong problem-solving skills, in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
- Experience in M&A / partnership integration and synergy realisation is preferred but not essential
- Experience in Product / Tech focused organisations is also preferred
