We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Foreman to lead a team on an exciting residential townhouse project in North Sydney. As the General Foreman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of the project while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with construction plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor project progress, including tracking milestones, budgets, and schedules, and providing regular reports to senior management
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during construction
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address design changes, resolve conflicts, and maintain effective communication throughout the project

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a General Foreman in the construction industry, with a focus on class 1 and class 2 residential build
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, even under pressure
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in using construction management software and Microsoft Office tools
