The main responsibilities will include:

- Clear lines of communication with our clients to ensure the delivery and quality of work is met in a timely and costly manner
- Programming the resourcing of trades and subcontractors to conduct the works
- Clearly communicating and delegating tasks to ensure smooth running of operations
- Facilitating and participating in Toolbox talks and WHS meetings as required and investigating reports of any near misses, safety, or security breaches
- Be part of a dynamic, fun and results focused team

The team member we are looking for:

- Trade certifications - Cert III in Carpentry
- 3+ years’ experience as a Foreman or Leading Hand Carpenter
- Proven communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask, and be well organised
- Reliable and accountable for yourself and the team

The following background checks and certifications must be obtained due to the nature of our clientele and site access requirements:

- Must be willing to undergo and obtain NV1 Security checks.
- Must be willing to undergo and obtain National Police Check
- Influenza and Covid-19 Vaccinations
