All Family Nursing Care (AFNC) is a nurse practitioner led service specialising in mental health, community nursing services, disability support services and accommodation to NDIS clients. We are an NDIS registered provider supporting our clients to achieve their set goals. Our passion is to improve individuals’ health and wellbeing including the CALD population.

Community Nursing and support is the special ability to care for someone in their own home, providing holistic, person-centred care. We offer services in nursing and disability. You'll need to be well organised, confident, and able to cope with a variety of situations.

**Your Role**

Our client requires female support staff with Mental Health experience. We are looking for support staff who are available flexible to work during daytime hours.

Our support staff will demonstrate teamwork and champion a safe and positive environment for our clients. You will help us support our client in achieving their short and long term goals.

Our ideal support staff is someone looking to work during the day.

**Duties**

Other Skills and Abilities
- Ability to identify and report client care concerns to management when needed.
- Able to travel from client to client in a timely manner. Drivers with own vehicle only to apply.

**To be successful you will have**:

- Your own car and a current driver’s licence
- Australian Citizen or Australian Visa with work rights
- Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (evidence will be required)
- The ability to work autonomously
- NDIS Workers Screening Check-yellow card (or be prepared to obtain clearance)
- Work with Children Card (or be prepared to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module completion (be prepared to complete one)
- Current CPR Certificate and First Aid

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience working in mental health as support worker or similar (preferred)

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $28.95 per hour
