**About the role** Located in Redland Bay, we are seeking disability support workers with an understanding of TSC, ASD 3, Intellectual Disability, Seizures, Complex Behaviours, PBSP, and Restrictive Practices. You will be assisting our client with all aspects of daily living as well as accessing the community. The shifts are regular and consistent. Whether you are looking for AM, PM, weekends or sleepovers, we can work around your lifestyle. Shifts are generally 9am-5pm and 5pm to 9am with an in-active sleepover.

**Your key responsibilities** Our team is looking for a dedicated and passionate Disability Support Worker who can undertake the following key responsibilities:

- Mealtime support
- Medication management
- Domestic assistance
- Capacity building support
- Community access
- Behavioural reporting
- Personal care

**About you** To join our team, we're looking for:

- Personal Behaviour Support Plan experience
- ASD, PBSP, PRN and Complex care experience
- Demonstrated meal preparation ability
- Minimum two years disability experience
- Certificate III in Disability/Community Services or similar
- Current First Aid and CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Current driver licence and own vehicle

We are also looking for someone with excellent communication skills, builds rapport quickly, actively engages with clients, has a caring and supportive nature and who takes a client-centred approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $84.70 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
