Family Inclusive is a client focused family run, rapidly growing disability support company that has all client and staff goals at the forefront of our minds. We believe that the basis for any company is to ensure that all people involved in the company are happy, from clients to all staff and families.

We are looking for a support worker to assist a young couple in their home in Thornlands, (clients would prefer female supports for the position). You must have a high level of professionalism, have First Aid and CPR or willing to obtain. Experience in personal care, manual handling and medication is great but not essential as we are willing to train all these things.

**Rotating weekly roster shift times varying between**

**5.30am-12pm or 2pm-12am**

Duties will include but not limited to.
- Personal care
- Community access
- Domestic duties

You will require
- A genuine desire to support people with disabilities, and believe in empowering people to live the life they love.
- Current drivers’ license
- Manual handling or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid CPR Blue Card with Yellow Card exemption or a current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain
- Computer skills with access to the internet and smart phone for rosters, timesheets client reporting.
- NDIS Commission Worker Orientation Module.
- Dept of Health Infection Control - COVID 19.
- Reliable, responsible attitude towards work, be able to follow direction, take initiative and able to commit to regular hours ongoing.
- Proof of COVID 19 vaccination required
