**About the role**

You will be responsible for the RSPCA World for Pets online store orders and ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint of the customer journey. A passion for retail, sales, ecommerce and the adventures that come with working for a charity is a must, as well as enthusiasm to be a representative of the RSPCA Qld brand.
- Understanding our product range and assisting in online and Ebay sales, web orders & monitoring order statuses.
- Process online customer refunds, exchanges, vouchers, manual orders, dispatching orders, pick lists.
- Managing loyalty program enquiries & customer data management.
- Liaising with courier services for customer enquiries and order issues.
- Support broader team members with marketing activities including social media and EDM content, promotions, creatives and campaigns.
- Solve post-sale customer issues, resolving customer complaints and fraud investigations.
- Support broader team members with data and product integrity, for online and in-store, and including product descriptions, images, prices and conditions.
- Assist within business unit for special events, stocktakes.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Confident in customer service, sales and/or ecommerce, and must have demonstrated experience in sales (minimum of 3 years in a similar role desired).
- Strong, effective communication skills.
- Creatively minded, with the ability to share ideas.
- Strong attention to detail.
- An unmistakable passion for good customer service.
- Energetic, friendly and positive attitude is a must.
- Genuine interest in animal welfare and the objectives of RSPCA.

This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday.

Remuneration is commensurate with skills, qualifications and experience.
