This newly created **Junior Warehouse Assistant **role is a dynamic and fast paced position that requires an energetic team person with a strong work ethic and an equally strong attention to detail. You will be required to perform and follow existing work procedures, under constant supervision during the early stages. There is an opportunity for further training and advancement in this role for the successful applicant.

The role **(Casual hours varying between 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday)** will consist of a variety of tasks. Your initial duties will include but not limited to:

- Correctly picking out and safely packing orders for shipping
- Heavy lifting from time to time
- Accurate data entry of received and dispatched goods
- Thoroughly cleaning and preparing received stock for sale
- Ability to work logically in a fast paced environment
- Palletising of stock effectively and efficiently
- Assist with all warehousing duties, wherever and whenever required
- General housekeeping / tidying of warehouse
- Adhere to deadlines as required

To be successful for the role you must:
Be eager to learn and follow instructions as outlined in current processes
- Have a strong work ethic including good verbal skills and courteous nature
- Trustworthy with strong organisational and time management skills
- Be highly self-motivated, reliable, enthusiastic and have the ability to work in a small team environment and get along with others
- The ability to pay close attention to detail
- General Warehousing experience is preferred but not essential
- Have Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $24.30 - $30.38 per hour
