**EDRMS Assistant Administrator**

**Classification grade**: Clerk Grade 3/4
**Salary**: $82,193.00 - $90,001.00 p.a. base salary (employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading is paid in addition to the base salary.)
**Work type**: Full-Time - 35 hours per week, 24 months with a possibility of extension or conversion to ongoing
- Our primary place of work is the CSO Office located at 60-70 Elizabeth Street, Sydney. Please note we will be relocating to a new premises located at Parkline Place, 252 Pitt Street, Sydney in July 2026.

**Essential requirements**
- At least two years of experience managing information in databases (preferably an EDRMS) and providing user support.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance.

- You possess a solid understanding of records and information management technologies.
- You have begun developing your skills in EDRMS administration and are eager to advance your career in systems administration.
- You are an effective communicator, capable of clearly explaining technical support issues to staff while fostering positive working relationships.
- You are proactive and enthusiastic about contributing to a positive employee experience at the CSO.
