**What We're Looking For**

Bluebeam is looking for an **Lead Development Representative** to help scale revenue across the company, supporting and guiding the LDR team in the development of a qualified sales pipeline through inbound/outbound prospecting and marketing lead follow up. This role coaches the team to effectively identify and research potential customers, to create and deliver compelling messages which capture the prospects attention and to uncover and qualify new business requirements, while maintaining a pipeline of new business opportunities to convert. The role partners closely with Marketing and Sale leaders to align on campaigns and strategic sales initiatives.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Model LDR responsibilities as Lead LDR
- Ensure personal metrics and sales objectives met
- Leverage sales tools such as LinkedIn Navigator to network with potential customers
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (appointments, qualified leads, etc.)
- Gain business knowledge through researching how different businesses operate, leadership structures, what their pain points are and daily challenges
- Pipeline organization and collaboration with Account Executives for qualified meetings
- Daily team huddles to celebrate wins and share goals

**What We'd Like To See In You**
- 2 - 3 years at a B2B organization in a Sales Development or Inside Sales role in a SaaS environment
- Thorough understanding and experience leveraging Account based Sales Development strategies
- Excellent customer-facing skills using written or verbal communication
- Experience in utilizing and managing Salesforce data including reporting
- Experience utilizing High Velocity Sales, Salesloft, Outreach and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Highly organized around metrics and able to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated to generate pipeline
- Results driven and able to work through rejection
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and efficiently
- Proven success as a sales professional with an ability to lead the LDR team by example
- Passion for training, motivating and coaching in a fast-growth environment
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Strong analytical skills to use data to optimize processes
