**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience in hospitality management
- Previous experience in gaming - opening and closing of gaming floor
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG)
- TAB Compliance
- Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence
**What will my duties include?**
- Assisting with achievement of set financial targets
- Stock control and management
- Staff management including; rostering, training, performance management
- Coordination, execution and evaluation of promotions
- Ensure venue is compliant with all external bodies
Operating as part of the wider Melbourne Racing Club (MRC) group, Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG) has a portfolio of 14 hotel and club venues located across greater Melbourne.
