Our Dedicated team at Caulfield Park Pharmacy are excited to welcome a new Pharmacy Assistant to join the team  As our new Pharmacy Assistant, you will be working alongside an amazing and experienced mentoring team in our wonderful pharmacy with your primary focus being providing exceptional customer service for our patients. Our services include; offering Webster packing, special one-on-one customer care/service, and a HUGE over the counter Gifts Range. The team at Caulfield Park Pharmacy is commited to caring for our community. With customer care a major focus for us, you will also have a passion for providing a quality and personable service to your customers.

Our Pharmacy Assistants

At Caulfield Park Pharmacy, our Pharmacy Assistants are to report to the retail manager/owner and are responsible for carrying out sales activities in the pharmacy, including;

  • Providing exceptional customer service and advice
  • Making recommendations for over the counter products - including medicinals and giftware
  • Processing sales at the till
  • Replenishing the stock
  • Promoting products by highlighting sale items and promotions to customers
  • Maintaining the pharmacy to our retail standards.
  • Assisting customers with their prescription needs and requests
  • Providing customers with an understanding of medication instructions, dosages, and potential side effects

About you

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • You will possess a great work ethic
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Previous pharmacy assistant experience (highly desirable, yet not required)
  • You must have the right to live and work in Australia, to apply for this job.
