**The Role: Drive Change, Deliver Impact** Reporting to an Executive leader, you’ll spearhead the alignment of Supported Independent Living (SIL) clients’ Rosters of Care with staffing rosters to optimise client funding, elevate service quality, and enhance profitability.
You’ll collaborate with our National Project Manager, Senior Service Delivery Managers, and cross-functional teams to:

- Lead the design and implementation of optimised Master Rosters for new and existing clients.
- Serve as a Superuser for our Workforce Analytics platform, turning data into actionable insights.
- Manage national change projects for Master Roster improvement and rollout.
- Track and report key performance metrics around Roster Efficacy and profitability.
- Build operational capability across teams, keeping us at the forefront of NDIS trends.
- Strengthen relationships with stakeholders to create efficient, client-focused solutions.

**What You Bring** We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for workforce optimisation and service delivery. Here’s what sets you apart:

- **Data Savvy**: 3+ years’ experience in Data Analysis/Workforce Analytics. You thrive on digging into large data sets to uncover insights and opportunities.
- **Workforce Expert**: 5+ years in workforce optimisation, including forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning.
- **NDIS Know-How**: A deep understanding of SIL Funding, Rosters of Care (ROCs), and rostering systems, with knowledge of the SCHADS Award as a bonus.
- **Commercial Focus**: Ability to align funding service lines with organisational goals.
- **Tech Skills**: Proficiency with rostering/scheduling systems and a knack for leveraging technology to solve problems.
- **Collaborative Leadership**: Exceptional relationship management skills, thriving in fast-paced and complex environments.
- **Proactive Mindset**: Solution-focused, innovative, and ready to inspire others.

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Finance or a related field.
