**About the company**:
Work for a well established consultancy that specialises in ecological and cultural heritage projects throughout Australia. Their specialist team is currently working on a large number of projects across a variety of industries, including Government, property, renewable energy, linear infrastructure (road, rail and pipelines), water and mining and extractive industries.

**About the role**:
Working closely with the Finance Manager and the team, seeking a passionate and professional Bookkeeper to undertake a broad range of duties within our Finance team. This is a critical support role primarily responsible for the preparation of operational reporting and tasks, as well as the administration of the Accounting functions.
- Accounts Payable
- Check accuracy of supplier invoices and process invoices in the system
- Input and code invoices to projects
- Send invoices to Project Managers for payment approval
- Process payroll
- Process employee expense claims
- Report on aged payables plus other ad hoc reporting where applicable
- Accounts Receivable
- Raise invoices to debtors and be the first point of contact for collection of payment when required
- Report on aged receivables plus other ad hoc reporting where applicable
- Accounts Assistant
- EOM reconciliation
- Bank Reconciliation: trading account and credit cards
- Maintaining accurate filing systems
- Provide ad hoc accounting duties when required

**About you**:

- Previous experience using Deltek VantagePoint and MYOB will be highly regarded
- Bookkeeping or Accounting Qualification
- Strong Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word skills
- Excellent communication skills - Approachable and helpful manner (essential)
- Self motivated and the ability to manage workload and deadlines
