Their lubricants brands are high profile with OEM products distributed into the automotive passenger, truck and agriculture sectors.
**About the role**
Reporting to the Regional Head of OEM, the National Sales Manager OEM will lead a small team of National Account Managers in developing strong strategic and commercially successful relationships with existing customers and drive the pipeline development and acquisition of new customers for the business.
**Key responsibilities**
- Autonomously lead your team in achieving the financial, customer retention and new business objectives
- Build relationships with key stakeholders within existing customer portfolio in order to retain and profitably grow the business
- Analyse and report on the monthly budget achievement incorporating sales, volumes, contribution margin and key initiatives impacting performance
- Lead the development and implementation of strategy and process designed to build new business pipeline resulting in new customer acquisition
- Lead an engaged results oriented team that drives evolving structure and process that supports a high performance culture
- Set team and individual objectives in line with OEM Division goals, manage team in execution of plans identifying coaching and development opportunities for the team
**Your experience**
- Experience in a sales leadership role within an Automotive OEM and Genuine brand Market highly desirable
- Lubricant industry or industry related knowledge ideal
- Excellence in people leadership, deep understanding of how to engage, coach and develop people is essential
- Demonstrable achievement in business planning and execution, developing process that supports successful outcomes
- Strong sense of self awareness and the impact you have in motivating each member of your team
- Outstanding commercial acumen with an ability to analyse a business opportunity and negotiate profitable commercial outcomes
- Track record of consistent performance and achievement of objectives
- Outstanding presentation and communications ability
- Leadership by demonstration, being hands on driving for the result
