The Opportunity
Role and Responsibilities
- Roles and Responsibilities- Transactional Control: Manage and oversee direct-to-consumer transactions and payment gateway operations within our e-commerce and online accounts-
- Ledger Management and Analysis: Conduct regular reviews of our e-commerce and payment gateway account ledgers, meticulously identify abnormal postings and play a crucial role in uncovering incorrect billing, flagged orders, and failed transactions-
- Chargeback Resolution: Handle payment gateway chargebacks with finesse and efficiency. Conduct reference and investigation check to ensure fair and satisfactory resolutions-
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within our transaction management and payment gateway systems-
- Monitor the status of debit and credit transactions, collaborating with internal teams, and proactively addressing any overdue items-
- Cash Forecasting: Prepare accurate cash forecasts for our e-commerce and online accounts-
- Debt Recovery and Fraud Management: Collaborate closely with our customer service and collection teams to effectively manage debt recovery efforts-
- Conduct investigations and quality checks payment discrepancies, engage with collection agents, and take necessary actions to safeguard our business against fraudulent activitiesSkills and Qualifications
- Requirements- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business while showcasing a understanding of e-commerce accounts receivables-
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience, demonstrating expertise in accounts receivable management and reconciliation experience-
- Previous experience in an e-commerce business unit, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry-
- Proficiency in backend systems such as SAP, Hybris, and payment gateways- If you have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of e-commerce accounts receivables, and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to embark on this thrilling opportunity.
