**The Opportunity**:
Fast growing aged care provider and developer on the lookout for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their finance team. This is a contract opportunity with the potential for permanent work in future.

**Your day-to-day**:

- Generate and send accurate and timely invoices to customers
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections
- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing issues with customers
- Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify delinquent accounts
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and disputes
- Prepare and analyse accounts receivable reports for management
- Assist in month-end closing activities and provide support for audits

**Who you are**:

- Dynamics 365 experience desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience working in an accounts receivable role
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable principles, practices, and procedures
