**About the role**

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a **Investment Implementation Manager** in our Investment Operations & Performance team, you will be responsible for providing Deal and Implementation capabilities for Australian Retirement Trust. Primary accountabilities will be to successfully integrate new investment changes on to the Investment Performance & Operations platform, support the implementation of investments made by Australian Retirement Trust which includes managing change through the outsourced custodian relationship.

In this permanent role, the Investment Implementation Manager will work closely with Legal, Tax, Finance, Investments, Risk and Compliance business units. You will develop and deliver a capability to successfully manage the implementation of Investments, portfolio structures and assets whilst managing the operational risks of implementation process

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications may include:

- Demonstrated proven record of successfully planning and managing investment transitions, ideally in an investment operations or investment management environment.
- Demonstrated record of strong service delivery to internal and external customers, where timeliness, quality of delivery and customer satisfaction are paramount.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing cross-functional project teams when working to tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated high level of initiative & skill for process enhancements
- Knowledge and understanding of risk management frameworks and practices in a medium sized corporate
- environment which is regulated by APRA or ASIC (or international equivalent).
- A relevant qualification in finance, mathematics, business, commerce or
- Superannuation industry experience economics and ideally be working towards post graduate qualifications
- Demonstrated professional work ethic with a proven ability to adapt to change.
- Demonstrated desire and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, and to influence outcomes through a collaborative approach
