**What this opportunity involves**:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated National Project Coordinator for our largest Australian account, Lendlease. Join our dynamic team and drive customer engagement and retention across office and industrial portfolios.
**An overview of the role**:
- Manage and execute various projects across customer portfolios
- Coordinate campaign components and act as campaign element executor
- Maintain the Lendlease Information Portal
- Manage industrial communications with the Industrial Team
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects
- Handle budgeting and accounts payable with National Finance Team
**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
- 2-3 years' experience in event planning and management
- Basic marketing knowledge and design skills (e.g., Canva)
- Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to handle large workloads
- Experience in financial reporting and managing accounts payable
- Property management experience preferred but not required
