**Job Description**:
Opportunity for a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join Leidos in delivering outstanding result for a federal program.

You will be responsible for supporting Senior Project Managers in the facilitation of project deliverables predominantly with regards to financial reporting and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities include:

- Creation and proactive management of contract registers including the reporting of variances to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure that document and artefact configuration control is maintained at all times
- Ensure document management processes including templates, review procedures, and registers are maintained
- coordinating financial reporting documentation
- Provide secretariat support to Project meetings, both internal and external, including the creation of meeting materials and recording and circulating minutes.
- Participate in the operational aspects of projects and serves as liaison between management and project teams.
- Maintain the Project toolsets to identify, track and otherwise manage action items and deliverables arising from or associated with execution of the Project business rhythms and processes.
- Provide general support to Project Managers in the delivery of milestones.

**About You and What You'll Bring**

You are a Project or Program Coordinator and be looking to develop a successful career in project management. IT systems project/PMO support and financial reporting experience will be viewed favourably.

**_ You must hold a Baseline clearance or be eligible to obtain Baseline level clearance; Australian citizenship is a requirement for clearance purposes._**
