An experienced Transport Coordinator is required to join a global hard rock underground mining company

Hays has partnered with one of the world's largest hard rock underground mining companies to find an experienced Transport Coordinator to join their team based in Hazelmere.

**What you will be required to do**:

- Supervise and oversee the transportation and loading of general freight to a variety of projects throughout Australia
- Coordinate and oversee the provision of third-party transport services between WA sites to cost effectively supplement organic resources in WA and interstate
- Coordinate trucking schedules to suit the operational requirements
- Assist in arranging permits and licencing for trucks on all routes so all regulations and guidelines are covered

**What you need to succeed**:

- 2 years' experience within the WA mining industry
- LF Forklift ticket
- Full understanding of the Chain of Responsibility requirements associated with the shipment of goods
- Current Australian Driving Licence
- Ability to meet all site access requirements
- Previous experience with SAP
