Unique Care Services QLD is seeking a motivated and empathetic Disability Support Worker to provide assistance and care to our clients with various disabilities and complex needs. As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for helping clients to gain independence, achieve goals, and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide a range of support services to clients with disabilities, including personal care, domestic duties, and community access.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Work with clients to create individualized plans that support their goals and objectives.
- Provide emotional support and advocacy to clients and their families.
- Ensure that all documentation and reporting requirements are met accurately and on time.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability Services or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in disability care, preferably in a community setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Current CPR and First Aid certificates.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
