**About the role**

We are seeking a INX Data Officer that will provide specialist systems support to the MinRes Business and its associated clients and providers. This role will be reporting directly to the Training Systems specialist and your primary responsibilities are administrating, maintaining and improving the Company’s Learning and Development systems reporting and data integrity.

You will be a key driver part of the Training and Compliance team providing a high level of engagement support to the business to ensure that the MinRes Learning and Development Systems meet the needs of the business through system administration, reporting and analytics.

**In this position you will**:

- Set up of new Role Profiles (including day to day new role hires, ramp up projects).
- Updating of Role Profiles (new procedures, LMS competencies).
- Compliance based reporting and distribution (e-Learning completion, compliance reporting).
- Addition of new competencies.
- Generation and set up (equivalents, exceedances, pre requisites, elements) of competencies for internal assessments and for LMS.
- Generation of progress reports for Entry Level Operator and Upskilling Programs.
- Send out Role Profiles for review biannually.
- Regular auditing of training records.
- Course mapping and set up to feed competency to Intuition.
- Functionality testing of e-Learning modules and certificate generation..
- Department Monthly Report and BI Dashboards.
- Distribute communications for all new e-Learning modules.
- Assist with development of templates for internal and external communication that are in line with the MRL and Department branding guidelines.
- Ensure correct formatting and branding of all training documents and ensure correct document control process is followed.

**Necessary skills and qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 or more-years' experience in a data related field OR 2 or more years' experience with INX or similar platform
- Experience using training related systems.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (Desirable)
- Business or Administrative Qualification or Any BI dashboard or tertiary data analysis related qualification
- Valid C Class drivers’ licence (desirable)
- Experience generating reports and documents.
- High level of computer literacy with an aptitude for data analytics.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Data Bases.
- A problem-solver with well-developed communications and reporting skills.
- High level of attention to detail and demonstrated system documentation ability.
- Able to multi-task and prioritise workload.
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
