**About Our Client**:
Our client is an Accountancy Firm with 40+ years' experience in providing leading-edge solutions in the accounting, taxation, private wealth, risk protection, lending and SMSF specialities. They have recently opened another office in East Melbourne and are therefore seeking to appoint their new Administration Manager for this space.
- Office Management
- Answering phones in a professional manner
- Administrative support to Accountants
- Overseeing junior administrators/receptionist
- Handling client queries
- Handling debt collection duties, including calling customers to collect outstanding payments when required
- Filing and scanning of documents
- General Administration duties
- Organising office events and fucntions
**The Successful Applicant**:
- 5 years' experience working within an Administrative role
- Must come from an Accounting sector background
- Enthusiastic and approachable
- Has shown strong tenure within roles
- Organisational skills to help with continued growth and expansion
- Client service skills - ensuring clients feel important and looked after is a core fundamental part of the role
- Proficient across MS Suite and CRM systems; Handisoft, Xero
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
