GetUp is looking for passionate and driven fundraisers to work on our recurring giving campaigns.

We focus our campaigns on the areas our members care about most in the fields of Environmental Justice, Human Rights, Economic Fairness, First Nations Justice and Democratic Integrity. From making sure hundreds of thousands of people are able to vote in elections, to successfully stopping major projects threatening the Great Barrier Reef, or fighting against an offshore regime of detention and deterrence of people seeking asylum - we have a decade-long history of mobilising a movement to win.

**What is the Regular Giving Program**

This work takes place primarily in the afternoons and evenings, and is perfect for students and those looking to make a significant and positive impact raising funds for justice and social change. Extensive on the job training will be provided, including familiarisation with GetUp’s fundraising goals and wider organisational mission.

**A Regular Donor Caller will**:

- Call supporters to secure recurring donations. Upgrading and retaining donations of existing members.
- Maintain our database accurately, updating supporter information as required.
- Respond to supporter inquiries and actioning supporter requests as they arise during the course of calls.
- Consistently meet minimum KPIs / fundraising targets
- Stay up to date with GetUp’s work and wider political context

**You will be someone who is**:

- Highly motivated to meet KPI's and benchmarks
- Outgoing and enjoys talking with wide variety of people from diverse backgrounds
- Driven to learn and grow in role
- Friendly and engaging phone manner, high energy
- Able to handle difficult conversations with tact and utilise self-care strategies
- Previous experience meeting and exceeding KPIs in similar role
- Clear understanding of GetUp’s history, present and role in movement/landscape
- Commitment to justice and to solidarity, demonstrated clarity around our values
- Commitment to upholding GetUp culture and work ethic
- Customer Relationship Management/database management experience highly regarded
- Previous tele-fundraising experience highly regarded

**Bonus points for**:

- Experience in telefundraising for a not-for-profit;
- Experience communicating around similar issues to GetUp’s platform
