About the role

In this role you will be creating exceptional experiences for our donors and supporting the growth of our donor base by optimising and administering critical systems and processes. These include but are not limited to:

- Reforming and overseeing the processing, receipting and banking of donations
- Maintaining and updating database business rules
- Producing post campaign reports and analysis, highlighting key metrics and learnings for all fundraising programs
- In conjunction with Finance, ensuring donations are correctly channelled and distributed internally
- Assist with the monthly reconciliation process with Finance
- Prepare segmented data files and manage data collection for all fundraising activities
- Actioning global database changes such as bulk imports and coding changes
- Overseeing invoicing
- Improving data integrity by coordinating data cleansing exercises and implementing system checks to identify record errors
- Provide administrative assistance with grateful patient, celebration wall and regular giving program
- Assisting with events and other administrative tasks as required
