As an experienced litigation consultant, your exceptional project management, stakeholder engagement, time management and natural technical skills make you the perfect conduit to facilitate review and analysis outcomes for the prosecutors. You will have extensive experience in a variety of litigation tools and databases as well as analysing large volumes of data to design creative workflow solutions to support the desired outcomes.

**Primary duties and responsibilities**:
As an Evidence Services Consultant, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of evidence analysis and review solutions, assisting prosecutors in complex and document intensive matters.
- Enabling litigation goals and outcomes by interrogating data to determine effective solutions and workflows, proactively offering solutions to improve review and analysis workflows throughout a case’s lifecycle.
- Juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, tracking delivery schedules, ensuring proper quality assurance, and manage changes in work scope.
- Utilizing analytical and judgment skills for remediating aberrations in the process, reporting outcomes and risks as required.
- Building collaborative relationships with, and providing strategic and technical advice to, senior management, prosecutors, CDPP employees and other key external stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and engage with CDPP staff in day-to-day activities including developing, coaching and mentoring staff, providing timely and constructive feedback and building commitment to shared goals.
- Delivering educational sessions to legal teams both at a general level and within a matter
- Providing high level advice, reports and business improvement recommendations
- Contributing to the development of strategies, new systems, procedures, policies and practices addressing future CDPP and stakeholder governance needs and emerging industry trends.
- Perform other special projects or duties when required.
