**About the role**:
I have an exciting UI Designer role that I hope you could interested in. Our client is a communications powerhouse that converts strategy into action. They do this by using specialist skills to produce tangible results that create positive change for people, for their clients, communities and our planet.
As a UI Designer, you will understand the brand values and have the know-how to bring them to life. You will have direct communication with their clients and manage multiple projects at once, from conception to completion. You will take ownership of your work and deliver results that meet the internal and external expectation. We are looking for a dedicated UI Designer who has an understanding of UX to join the team and hit the ground running.
**Responsibilities In the Studio, you will**:
- Have an understanding of UX/UI methodologies and design systems
- Familiarity with design software like Figma, Sketch, InVision (Figma preferred)
- Confidently follow our systems and processes, enabling you to work fast and faultlessly with a keen eye for detail
- Need to understand project requirements and generate ideas and create designs according to such specifications
- Collaborate with the team to deliver projects, deadlines and project launches
- Provide quality control over your work
- Have a strong knowledge of different styles and aesthetics you can employ quickly and effectively
- Work with web development teams collaboratively to provide design files and direction when building websites
- An ability to perform well in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
- Desire to produce industry standard websites
- Participate in meetings and liaise directly with our clients
- Act as a mentor to junior designers
- Report to the Senior Designers and use feedback to improve design tasks
- Complete your timesheets accurately each day
- Alert Management to areas where project requirements may be out of scope or running overtime
