As the General Manager Delivery, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of wireless programs, overseeing internal teams and subcontractors, and ensuring timely and efficient project execution. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Managing the delivery of wireless programs from conception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and tracking progress against established milestones and objectives.
- Leading and managing a team of internal project managers, engineers, and other professionals, as well as subcontractors, to ensure that all project requirements are met.
- Collaborating with other departments, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and understood.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks, including resource constraints, technology limitations, and potential regulatory or legal issues.
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must have:

- A bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex wireless technology projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of professionals and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
