We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Return to Work Coordinator **to join our team based at the Mayfield. We are seeking a motivated professional, friendly and reliable team member who has a strong work ethic to join our growing team.

**What we’re looking for**
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar Case Management or Return to Work role
- Experience with Loss Prevention and Recovery (LPR) model/programs
- Sound knowledge of and experience in working within NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA), under section 52 of the 1998 Act.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Teams)
- Demonstrated experience in issues management and investigations, including the implementation of solutions to resolve conflict.
- Evidence of contribution to the development and implementation of best practice generalist WC/RTW policies and procedures.
- Experience using HRIS and CRM software.
- Demonstrated flexibility to work as part of a team.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and time management skills to multi-task and meet deadlines with mínimal supervision.
- Current drivers licence
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check or the ability to attain one.
