**Description**:
The Opportunity

Due to the continual growth of the organisation, CatholicCare are currently seeking a Social Enterprise Coordinator to join their passionate team. This is a Permanent Full Time position and will be based at our Mayfield office.

About the Role

You will work closely with the Social Enterprise Manager to support the handling of all administration, customer relations and day-to-day running of the social enterprise programs of CatholicCare.

This position will provide support across CatholicCare’s Social Enterprises including the CAFÉ and catering business, Housie Program, Cleaning business and future programs introduced under CatholicCare’s Social Enterprise Programs.

**Skills and Experiences**:
Experience/Criteria
- Highly developed administrative, organisational skill and ability to work in a team in a fast-changing environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work and communicate effectively with employees, the community and stakeholders.
- Ability to be creative and use your initiative to solve problems and support the achievement of operational objectives of each social enterprise.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, train and support employees from vulnerable and disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Experience managing projects and social enterprise programs (Desirable)

**Qualifications**:

- Qualification Business Services/Administration or equivalent
- WWCC
- National Police Check
- Diploma of Leadership and Management (Desirable)
