**About the Role**

The PowerBI Specialist is a full time role that will form part of the Business Reporting Unit. The Business Reporting Unit (BRU) has recently started development of a PowerBI dashboard to assist executives and stakeholders with analysing results and trends.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Take carriage of the project by sourcing and transforming data for the next two levels of repoting
- update the dashboard navigation functionality
- build the associated visualisations
- develop a user guide
- deliver training to 26 office managers
- assist the BRU with other PowerBI work
- Completing the Excel and PowerBI work on organisational level survey data and reports
- Sourcing and transforming 8 x divisional and 26 x office level Excel survey data
- Making the PowerBI dashboard ready to accept new data next year
- Developing user and maintenance guides

**About You**
- Advanced level Excel
- Advanced level Word
- Advanced level PowerBI, including creating clear and concise data visualisations
- Ability to clearly communicate up to executive level, and communicate technical concepts to non technical stakeholders
- Experience in PowerBI training for front end users
- Experience in documenting processes and user guides in MS Word (or other interactive media)
