Join Our Dynamic Team as a Data Analytics and Power BI Specialist
Are you ready to make a significant impact in project implementation and training within our clients Finance team? We are seeking a talented individual like you to fill the role of Data Analytics and Power BI Specialist.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Transform legacy reports into captivating Power BI visualizations, revolutionizing our reporting styles.
- Empower the finance team with upskilling sessions and training in new reporting techniques.
- Provide invaluable change management advice to ensure a seamless transition to Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to craft innovative dashboards that captivate Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members.
- Take charge of transitioning our budgeting process from Excel to Power BI, contributing to budget finalization.
- Prepare impactful documents for the Board, leaving a lasting impression.
**Your Impact**:
- Formulate and execute data-driven solutions, unravelling insights and trends for our 5-year model and budget envelopes.
- Utilize your expertise in data warehousing, modelling, and deep dive analytics to generate actionable reports.
- Design and deploy captivating Power BI solutions, including data models, interactive dashboards, and insightful reports.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to transform their suggestions into breath taking dashboards.
- Present results using dynamic business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Infor BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Offer valuable feedback to the team, nurturing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Extensive experience in data warehousing, modelling, and deep dive analytics.
- Proficiency in developing and deploying impactful Power BI reports.
- Advanced Excel skills to harness the full potential of data analysis.
- Familiarity with planning and budgeting tools, enhancing your ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to tackle complex challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to changes and work with unknown variables in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in finance, coupled with an understanding of finance conversations, is essential.
