**About the team
An opportunity has become available for a **Master Data Administrator **to join our Master Data team.

Master Data is a critical asset with high impact upon business performance and decision-making. We are looking for someone who is passionate about data and in particular, data integrity to come and join our outstanding team.

**About the role
- Be able to effectively deliver the requirements of the position within the API framework, applicable regulatory systems, and API’s Ways of Working (core values and behaviours)
- Adopt various methods for data creation and maintenance of master data files
- Protect the integrity of API's master data & pricing
- Deliver accuracy and timeliness on tasks and activities
- Manage and prioritise ad-hoc and any cyclical activities in accordance with service level agreements
- Provide attention to detail to maintain data quality and comply with governance
- Identify improvements within the function
- Partner and collaborate with relevant functions and stakeholders (internally and externally, such as Suppliers) to ensure business requirements are met and to optimise the value proposition of the Master Data team

**About you
- Previous ERP experience, preferably SAP
- Proficient MS Office skills and in particular, MS Excel
- Ability to recognise and understand the broader business outcomes derived from the data
- Able to work independently while within a focussed team
- Preparedness to demonstrate flexibility in providing support for other members in the team
- A willingness to contribute to the broader organisation through their activities in this team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills that allow valued interaction within a matrix organisation
- A love of data and data accuracy
- A high aptitude to learn and grow
- A pharmaceutical, health industry or wholesale background would be highly regarded
- Ability to travel interstate if required
