**About the role**

Reporting to the **Asset Management Group Systems and Reliability Manager**, you will play an integral role in the standardization, improvement and management of master data management business process and associated systems, for the Asset Management Group (AMG), in MRL.

This position will be based at our world-class head office in Osborne Park on a Monday to Friday roster.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Improve our current maintenance master data standard across maintenance systems
- Compile and upload maintenance master data packages for expansion projects
- Compile and upload maintenance master data packages for new equipment
- Identify and execute master data changes derived from asset movements
- Identify and execute master data changes derived from on/off hired of AMG assets
- Identify and execute master data changes derived from OEM Product campaigns
- Audit and improve existing maintenance master data objects across fleets / equipment types
- Ensure maintenance master data objects are in synch across non-integrated systems
- Work with peers (i.e., sites, planning, reliability) on master data continuous improvement
- Support EAM/CMMS system enhancements, working in collaboration with IT

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- Trade certificate or tertiary qualification in an Engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience on maintenance master data management
- Strong practical knowledge of ERP/CMMS (i.e., MS Dynamics, Pronto, SAP, AMT)
- Strong data management skills (data queries, data analysis, data compilation for uploads)
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Work Management process
- Desirable knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, Power BI
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
