**About the Company**
We have a fantastic opening to join a Global Leader within the Logistics Industry. Based in over 220 Countries our client prides themselves on delivering a high-end service, specialising in courier services and international shipping.

**About the Role**
They are currently recruiting a Data Entry Officer to join their growing team in Horsley Park. This role will be required to work 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday ongoing until further notice.

Reporting to the Accounts Receivables Supervisor - Master Data/Allocations, you will be responsible for high volume data processing and accurately creating customer information into Oracle within a fast paced environment to ensure the effective service delivery and achieve organisational objectives.

In this role, your duties will include, however are not limited to the following;
- Cleansing communication database in preparation for roll out of new system
- Inbox management, retrieving customer account information from spreadsheets
- Gathering and collating information ready for processing
- High volume repetitive and accurate data processing of critical customer information into Oracle
- Work within a fast paced rapidly dynamic environment
- Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders including Credit and Customer Service Order Entry teams

**About You**
To be successful in this great assignment, you will have the following;
- Excellent data entry speed and accuracy
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate use of MS Excel
- Previous Accounts experience advantageous
- Customer Service oriented with great phone manner
- Team player with the ability to work within a fast paced dynamic environment
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Valid Drivers licence and own transport
