Our perks include additional annual leave for your birthday, central CBD location, flexible work environment. **The role**: This role will assist / lead a variety of human resource projects across the Attract, Engage, Retain and Develop pillars and provide fruitful human capital advice. This is a client-facing, revenue generating role. - Set up and attend client meetings to proactively sell / cross sell OCG's products - Adhere to all KPI's and activity-based metrics - Execution of consulting services to our customers - Assist the development of our Leadership / career coaching function. - Create reports based on research data (quantitative findings and qualitative findings) **About You**: You could be a recent HR graduate or seasoned professional - we are open to all levels of experience; you must however possess the following: - Postgraduate Qualification in Psychology / Human Resources / Business / related degree - Experience in implementing organisational development initiatives across the employee life cycle - Practical experience working within a recruitment and / or HR consulting business environment (preferred) - Proven Sales / Customer service experience - Skilled with Microsoft 360 / SharePoint computer systems and ability to quickly learn databases - Strong critical analysis skills in conducting research, reviewing results and making practical recommendations - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proven project management skills and achieving deadlines on time and to high quality. You must have the relevant rights to work in Australia.
