Social Performance Consultant - Brisbane

ERM is seeking motivated Consultant to join our Social Performance team in Brisbane. You will be part of a dynamic technical team responsible for consulting on Social Performance and Sustainability matters, while networking with ERM's global Social Performance Technical Community to share best practices across the industry.

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide quality control for data collection, management, and analysis.- Collaborate with other ERM national and global practitioners via working in teams composed of multi-disciplinary professionals from multiple offices around the global ERM organisation.- Deepen existing skill sets including technical skills, project experience, and general consulting and decision-making skills.- Contribute to proposal development, including development of technical scopes and cost estimates in accordance with ERM’s policies and processes.- Liaise with various stakeholders, including State/Local Governments and community groups.- Work with other global ERM resources to develop relationships with ERM key clients to expand ERM’s profile through a combination of excellence in technical delivery and business development support.

**Requirements**:
- A recognised Bachelor degree in social science, town planning, or related discipline; professional registration would be an asset.- 1-2 years demonstrable Consulting experience.- Experience working as part of an integrated team to develop socio-economic baselines, social impact assessments, or other related scopes of work.- Excellent writing, communication, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.- Relationship building skills with colleagues and clients.
