Key Objectives- Contribute to the broader strategic direction and leadership of the area, sharing accountability with other leaders for overall performance of deliverables and outcomes to meet the current and future needs of the Bank.- Develop, implement, and continuously improve Ways of Working for the Bank’s change initiatives leveraging Agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and DevOps.- Coach, facilitate and mentor teams and team members to become self-sustainable to prioritise, deliver, innovate, and improve continuously.- Identify and respond to issues, risks, and opportunities, maintaining key controls and ensuring appropriate processes are in place.- Build a culture of experimentation and innovation within and across teams.

Your background- Senior level experience in product management, product development or technical leadership roles.- Substantial experience in adopting, establishing, and embedding Agile practices and culture within large organisations with complexity.- Experience working in and across Agile teams delivering large scale projects and initiatives under an Agile methodology.- Exceptional communications and engagement skills in connecting people to purpose and outcomes.- Substantial experience in coaching, facilitating and mentoring teams and individuals.- First and/or Second Level Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM II, A-CSM).- Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) certification.
