**About the Role**

We are seeking Christmas Casual Retail Assistants to wow our amazing customers at our FruChocs Pop-Up Shops at Westfield Marion and Westfield West Lakes.

Each of our Pop-Up Shops is supported by a Manager who will provide all of the guidance and training required and our Retail Assistants are much more than that, they are the face of our Iconic brands.

These are Christmas Casual roles

**About You**

As a Retail Assistant you will enjoy working and participating as part of a team, where your positive attitude and your commitment to providing our customers with a great interaction and experience is of the utmost importance. Your communication and interpersonal skills will be outstanding, possessing an ability to work effectively as part of a team or individually as required.

**Duties**:

- Ensuring a great standard of Customer Service
- Maintaining site standards including stocking and cleaning
- Direct sales to the public
- Meeting and greeting and engaging customers and telling them about the Robern Menz story and our products

**Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to have fun
- Available to work weekend and late night shopping retail hours
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to safety
