With four retail outlets in South Australia - Glynde, Hahndorf, McLaren Vale and Tanunda, and distribution throughout all major retailers, Menz Confectionery is the largest manufacturer of Choc Honeycomb in Australia and produces such products as the iconic Menz FruChocs, Menz Crown Mints and Robern Delightfuls range.

Our export accredited food production facilities and world's best practice in quality and process enables Menz Confectionery to produce unique, wide ranging and highly sought after products available to markets across Australia and Internationally.

**About the Role**

**Duties include, but not limited to**:

- Ensuring a great standard of Customer Service
- Merchandising of store
- Assist the Store Manager in the day to day running of the Glynde FruChocs Shop
- Providing leadership and training to team members.
- Maintaining store standards including stocking and cleaning
- Online Shop focus and Growth
- Online Shop Improvements
- Labour Control

**About You**

As an experienced retail leader you will enjoy working and participating as part of a team, where your ‘can do’ attitude and ability to keep cool under pressure is of the utmost importance. You have exceptional customer service skills as well as highly professional presentation.

Communication and interpersonal skills will be outstanding, with an ability to work effectively as part of a team or individually as required.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Experience in a similar role or willing to learn.
- Available to work 5 days a week.
- Online Shop knowledge an advantage
- E commerce knowledge desirable
- Excellent communication skills and accuracy and attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of food hygiene (HACCPs).
- Commitment to safety and quality.
- Willing to assist across all 4 retail outlets (Glynde, Hahndorf, McLaren Vale and Tanunda)
