**About the Role...**

Our **Sales Assistants** are much more than that, they are confectioners as well, yes. they actually make some of our products on site.

Our Shop Manager and other experienced team members will provide all the training required for you to become a successful FruChocs Shop Sales Assistant.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Direct sales to the public.
- Picking and packing orders for small, medium and large customers generally on an adhoc basis.
- Meeting and greeting customers and telling them about the Robern Menz story.
- Making some of our products sold in our shops or packaging our delicious gift box and other selections.

**About You...**

As an experienced **Sales Assistant** you will enjoy working and participating as part of a team, where your can do attitude and ability to keep cool under pressure is of the utmost importance. You have **exceptional customer service skills** as well as a highly professional presentation.

**To be successful, you will need to have the following**:

- Experience in a similar role or willing to learn.
- Available on Saturdays and/or for shifts during the week (Monday to Friday).
- Excellent communication skills and accuracy and attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of food hygiene (HACCPs).
- Commitment to safety and quality.
