**About the Role...**

We now have a vacancy for an experienced Logistics and Warehouse Manager to join our team, located at our Glynde site. Working closely with our teams in purchasing, manufacturing and sales, you will be responsible for controlling all areas of despatch and goods inwards. In addition, the Logistics and Warehouse Manager is also responsible for site security and traffic control.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Leading and motivating a small team, including staff members on afternoon and night shift.
- Ensuring that customer orders are despatched and arrive on time.
- Ensuring that the warehouse is meeting agreed targets.
- Continuously monitoring and improving warehouse operations, with a focus on WHS.
- Monitoring and ensuring site security and efficient coordination of transport.

**About You...**

As an experienced **Logistics and Warehouse Manager**, you will thrive in a fast paced environment with the ability to respond quickly to ever changing demands. You will be proactive, highly organised, hands-on leader with a high level of computer literacy.

**Skills and experience**
- Diploma in Logistics or similar desirable however not essential.
- Significant experience working in a manufacturing environment (preferably FMCG) and in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in people management.
- Demonstrated understanding of stock rotation and FIFO principles.
- Forklift license (essential).
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Excellent communication skills and internal stakeholder management.
- Superior time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent digital literacy.
