We’re on the lookout for a switched-on, innovative, enthusiastic action-taker to join our Educational resources technology team and help bring the ePlatform brand to life This is a rare and exciting opportunity for someone with copywriting and design skills and a real flair for marketing, looking to take their career to the next level working with a fast-growing industry and business.

**Your new company**

ePlatform is an Australian based innovative global Educational resources Tech company that provides schools and libraries with access to inspiring ebook and audiobook titles.
Currently serving almost 3,000 schools and libraries across the UK, Malaysia, New Zealand, South Africa, and Australia, ePlatform is a market leading supplier of eLibraries. With ambitious plans, the business is now poised for an exciting next chapter. They are looking for a tech savvy, creative, and commercially astute Marketing Manager to take on leadership position.

**Your new role**

You will drive the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to support the growth, awareness, and engagement across the business. Working closely with our tech and sales teams (including the founder), your primary focus is to generate Marketing Qualified Leads from our targets: Schools and Public Libraries.
The position is yours to take the reins and make your own
- Be responsible for the development and management of the planning, budgeting, and implementation of marketing strategy in line with business objectives
- Create and drive top level marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Execution of strategies including the production of copy and campaign design in line with strategic objectives
- Develop and maintain B2B conversion, channel optimisation, campaign strategy and development of customer facing communications such as the strategic direction of EDM activity, client onboarding, and operational and product updates
- Play a proactive role to generate and capitalise on creative opportunities and develop new marketing properties to take to market
- Closely liaise with our overseas team to tailor and communicate key messages to target audiences

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Communications related discipline, with experience in the education sector advantageous
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar hands-on role, underpinned by strong digital marketing knowledge and practice gained within a B2B environment
- A B2B all-rounder with proven success delivering end-to-end marketing communications across all MarComms channels
- Excellent written, visual, and graphic communication skills and advanced copywriting expertise
- Ability to utilise Canva to show off your creative flair and keen eye for design
- Ability to interpret technical and product information, extract key messages and convert into engaging narratives that break through all the noise
- Solid project management skills, organisation, and high attention to detail
