**The Role**:
Join a succesful activewear online business as their new eCommerce Manager. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will focus on building the CRO, trading & visual merchandising strategies and work cross-functionally with the web development agency and the marketing team.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce platform and be Shopify savvy.
- Apparel experience is desired, but not essential.
- Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to set the eCommerce calendar.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies, and actively analyse customer behaviour and website performance.
- Work closely with web developers, providing briefs for technical projects and reviewing and testing updates prior to launch.
- Creative, with a growth mindset and ability to think outside the box.
