**Your New Role**:
**Permanent Full-Time Opportunity** - This role known as “BI Analyst”, your primary responsibility is to design and develop cutting-edge Tableau dashboards and data flows to effectively support the Retail Platforms - Health Insurance, Banking, and General Insurance business lines.
In this crucial role, you will be tasked with seamlessly connecting to multiple data sources, leveraging Tableau's capabilities to develop and deploy robust data flows. Your expertise will enable you to generate high-quality Tableau dashboards, ensuring accurate and reliable data for analysis. Additionally, you will play a vital role in co-administering a Tableau site, collaborating with other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
**Your New Role Looks Like This**:
- Connecting to diverse data sources: Utilising your expertise, you will establish seamless connections to various data sources, enabling efficient data integration and analysis within Tableau.
- Developing and deploying data flows: Employing Tableau's advanced features, you will design and implement data flows to streamline data transformation and manipulation processes, ensuring the availability of clean and structured data.
- Generating Tableau data sources: By leveraging your skills in data modelling and design, you will create Tableau data sources that accurately represent the underlying business data, enabling intuitive and insightful analysis.
- Building interactive dashboards: Using your creativity and understanding of user requirements, you will construct visually appealing and user-friendly Tableau dashboards that empower stakeholders to gain actionable insights from the data.
- Co-administering the Tableau site: Collaborating with other team members, you will contribute to the administration and maintenance of the Tableau site, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user accessibility.
**About You**:
- Tertiary qualified in a data related field with minimum 1 year of Tableau development and strong visualising data experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated strong customer focus
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team with employees at all levels in an organisation
- High attention to detail whilst remaining adaptable to dynamic changes in the business.
- Clear, concise and considered decision making
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
