**About the role**:
Reporting to the Head of Channel Analytics, the role of the Channel Visualisation Analyst is to be responsible for the development, maintenance and enhancement of the Customer and Business Operation’s (CBO) data visualisation and reporting facilitation. This role is instrumental in engaging with key business partners and CBO management to arrive at sustainable solutions that support data-driven decisioning.

This is a 12 month, fixed-term, full time, hybrid working position preferably located in Melbourne or Brisbane.

**How will I help?**

Key accountabilities of this role include:

- Manage a suite of PowerBI dashboards designed to support business leaders with channel operations.
- Continuous improvement of how these reports are fed into from existing technologies and data structures, spanning contact centre, retail, digital messaging, customer advocacy, claims processing, and any other arising business areas within the remit of CBO
- Work with the Data Ops and Data Science Leads to integrate automation across relevant metrics into visualisations that assist in decision making
- Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure optimal utilisation of available resources and impending technologies - ensure our requirements are proactively addressed and onboarded as we transition to newer data architectures
- Other data visualisation or reporting work as required for Customer & Business Operations leadership
- Overlaying business and process understanding across contact centre operations or customer facing environment
- Strategic problem-solving, finding opportunities and implementation of new ideas Build strong advisory relationships.
- Persuade and guide senior leaders on best-in-class for visualisation and data absorption

**What do I need?**
- Advanced knowledge and experience in the use of Power BI
- Familiarity with SQL, SAS and Microsoft Azure preferred but not essential
- Strong understanding of Power BI functionalities, DAX and data plumbing
- Proven ability to analyse data and present granular or technical data in an effective and reliable manner
- Ability to work in high pressured environments, focusing on stakeholder needs and satisfaction
- Experience in contact centre operations or customer facing environment would be beneficial but not essential
