This role is part of TikTok’s Small and Medium Team (SMB) for APAC. The SMB team works with businesses across the region, helping them onboard and find success on TikTok. Being part of the team would mean being directly responsible for building relationships and helping businesses drive business results through engaging our solutions through sales growth strategies and go-to-marketing operations. Our team is made of dynamic, savvy, engaged individuals who are passionate about the region and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide strong leadership and drive a high-performing sales team dedicated to growing brands and agencies in the AUNZ market.
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies by:
- Nurturing and empowering a best-in-class client sales and service team.
- Identifying and engaging with key business segments and communities for enhanced market penetration.
- Collaborating with ecosystem partners and agencies to ensure exceptional sales and customer engagement outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to collaborate with Product and Marketing teams, serving as the advocate of our customers and guiding internal teams in developing effective go-to-market strategies.
- Harness the power of analytics, program management, and process optimization functions to create impactful go-to-market opportunities.
- Establish and maintain a culture of excellent communication and client management within the team.
- Inspire and motivate the team to proactively take initiative and achieve outstanding results in the AUNZ market.
- Serve as the face of all SMB lead initiatives in the market, representing both internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and integrity.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 8 years of successful media/advertising sales experience with a proven track record in developing and executing successful revenue growth strategies, with a focus on the AUNZ market.
- Demonstrated experience in providing strong leadership and driving high-performing sales teams for a minimum of 6 years.
- Proven ability to excel in matrixed organizations and successful collaboration experience with ecosystem partners and agencies, ensuring optimal sales and customer engagement outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities, consistently meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable working with revenue targets and thriving in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Inspirational leadership style, empowering the team to take initiative and excel in the AUNZ market.
- In-depth knowledge of the AUNZ market and its SMB lead initiatives.
- Experience in platform and scaled operations is considered a plus.
