**About the role**
Join our dynamic team and take on a pivotal role supporting the Executive Director of Regional & Community Engagement. As a key player in our newly formed team, you'll provide high-level executive support and administrative services, ensuring the efficient operation of our executive office. Your dedication will drive effective communication, facilitate business activities, and uphold confidentiality standards at all times.
**About You**
We are searching for an Executive Assistant looking for a dynamic opportunity within a prestigious organisation. We're seeking individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and excel in supporting high-level executives in large, complex organisations. If you have exceptional communication skills and a talent for engaging stakeholders at all levels, we want to hear from you.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Extensive experience providing a range of executive support and administrative services to support senior executive management activities.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare, format and present a range of business documents and communications including presentations, correspondence, reports, briefing notes and submissions.
- Experience liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders, meeting attendees and community members to support business activities.
- Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.
