We are a newly established car & truck rental company with a group of young teams who are passionate about bringing an easy rental experience to every customer. We are now seeking full time Rental Sales Officers to join us starting the excited journey.

You will play a vital role in this fresh team servicing our valued customers and promoting our brand in the marketplace. The successful applicant must be well presented and have the ability to think on their feet whilst working in a fast paced team environment.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain high standard branch presentation
- Daily paperwork and fleet reconciliation
- Some vehicle cleaning work if required
- Other ad-hoc office duties

Previous car & truck rental experience is highly preferable. Your understanding of customer needs and the ability to deliver exceptional service is also a great key to sucess.

- Be flexible with working hours including weekend roster
- Strong problem solving skill
- Effective communication skill and be willing to listen to customers' needs
- Have valid non-restricted drivers licence and able to drive manual
- Intermediate computer knowledge

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
